Essence: Desire · Control · Trance
A young woman, bare, tongue out — both surrendering and commanding. Her expression hovers between ecstasy and collapse, pleasure and exhaustion. She is not simply seen; she casts the gaze back, becoming spell and spellbound at once.
Sugar on My Tongue (Under the Spell) stages seduction as ritual — a moment where temptation devours its own sweetness. Hidden messages pulse beneath the surface: “Under my spell,” “You spin me right round.” These fragments, half-buried in paint, echo like subconscious mantras — whispers of control disguised as surrender.
The painting is a pure embodiment of Viscerism: raw, black-and-white, unfiltered. Flesh becomes confession; surface becomes psyche. The black frame seals the tension — between attraction and decay, power and vulnerability.
